    We ordered a vinyl flooring for our kitchen to be laid out to a specific complicated pattern with edging.Matt, the owner of the business came promptly to measure up and the quote was reasonable so we placed the order.The fitting was done in good time and was outstanding. The fitter (also called Matt) is a very highly skilled craftsman and did a superb job. There were a few tricky bits including some levelling of the floor plus joins into other rooms and edging all of which were done seamlessly to perfection.Some furniture had to be left in the room which meant it wasn't straightforward to fit the floor in one go. Matt worked round these and you would never know from the finish that he had to do some parts of the floor separately.On top of that Matt (the fitter) went out of his way to accommodate us on timing and other requests. Plus, with his experience he was able to recommend certain ways and ideas that made a difference to the overall look. And he was a pleasure to have in the house: polite and prompt.Everything was cleared up afterwards - not a spec of dust to be seen - and we were left with a floor that we are delighted with.I will have no hesitation in using Harris Carpets and Flooring again and will be recommending them to my friends.

    Amazing service from Matt and his team. They were fantastic from communication to the standard of work carried out. We opted for the Kinsley hard wood floor and we absolutely love the finish. The fitter was top class and he cleared up all the mess and was a very nice chap too. Superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Really good service from a local company. From the initial meeting in the retail unit, measuring up and receiving the quote, discussion on the quote to agree the final price, pre-advice confirmation of delivery and fitting of the carpet. Most important, the quality of the carpet is excellent. Everything we wanted, and our faith in ordering from a local business was fulfilled 100%.

    I've just used Harris Carpets once again this time to replace the carpets on two floors of my home with a high quality product. The service received from initial consultation and advice through to final installation was again exemplary, despite being extremely busy Matt still managed to find two days to complete the works prior to Christmas as per my wishes,I would highly recommend their services.

    Harris Carpets laid the flooring (carpet and laminate) in my home. They found me an early slot and though the carpet was laid late, due to no fault of theirs, they carried me along and again fitted me in early. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the same service.

    We have had our hall, stairs and landing carpeted and are extremely pleased the fitter Steve was very helpful and friendly nothing seemed too much trouble. We also have had Karndean in our kitchen,dining room, and the fitter Matt was excellent could not have wished for a more helpful person. All in all well done to Harris Carpets.     Had some Karndean fitted in April the hall and kitchen. Fitters came as scheduled and did an excellent job. Decided then to replace the stairs and landing carpet and, although not the cheapest, again an excellent job and very pleased with the result. Very easy to deal with throughout, including prompt rectification of a slight under measurement in the Karndean order at no extra cost.

    Absolutely brilliant, local service!Matt Harris was most helpful at all stages pre, during and post lockdown! A real pleasure to meet Matt when he came out to measure!Tina was brilliant in the office, organising the logistics, which is always a real plus point when coordinating the many moving parts of home renovations!Excellent advice and communication throughout.Very competitively priced with superb products.Our kitchen renovation finally reached the stage of having our new Karndean Art Select Galatin floor installed.My eldest daughter, was so impressed she described it as a piece of art! She had no idea of the name of the selection!Matt Davies our fitter has a real eye for detail and positioned the array of beautifully individually patterned marble tiles to create what truly looks like a real marble floor - but it is warm and cosy underfoot.Thank you so much Matt, you were brilliant, and you even seamlessly repaired and joined our existing Amtico between the new kitchen and dining areas. Brilliant work, especially as the existing floor is nearly twenty years old!I am so glad we choose MJ Harris Flooring and I truly could not recommend them highly enough.A really worthwhile investment!My truly heartfelt thanks to you all!

    Excellent advice and communication throughout our project to fit new Karndean flooring. Matt has expert knowledge on the range of products and was able to advise Korlok to fit on top of existing laminate floor. Neil did a great job fitting within two days and minimum disruption.     Matt and the team recently supplied and fitted wood flooring to my hall, and carpet to the stairs and landing. Tina in the showroom and Matt were both very helpful with advice and recommendations on suitable products and colours. They were very quick to respond to email queries and kept me updated on the progress of the order. The fitters for both products were excellent - polite, professional and very hard working.     We have used Matt and his team three times now, for re-flooring two rooms and also for re-carpeting upstairs, landing and stairs. On each occasion, Matt has been extremely efficient and personable. He is very quick to view to see & advise what needs to be done, to produce the quote. His team then expertly do the job in a very professional & tidy manner. The 'after care' is superb too. We cannot recommend MJ Harris Flooring highly enough!

    As we came out of lock down I contacted M J Harris to discuss laying new flooring throughout my bungalow. Matt visited quickly and took the measurements. I was then invited to visit their showroom to make my choices.All went well until fitting day. I had vinyl for the bathroom. Unfortunately it had a defect in it. The job was therefore not completed fully.I had some concern about the Laminate that was next to be fitted. The fitter arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day and he did a superb job.Matt visited again to review the vinyl. He quickly arranged replacement and a refit.In the end I can only say the whole job is good. The delay over the vinyl was disappointing but sometimes things are out of the control of the seller.Thanks team.

    When I needed to recarpet the flat which is used as a rental there was only one company I needed to see. Matt came out quickly to measure up and discuss the options. I needed something hard wearing and easy to clean on a set budget. Matt’s knowledge of the industry and products available made the decision for me really just about colour.     Matt made the whole experience of choosing carpets seamless During the Covid-19 lockdown he kept us fully informed with regular emails. As soon as lockdown was over, we were booked in with dates that suited us to have three bedroom carpets replaced. The fitter, Sam, arrived exactly on time on each occasion and left the room perfect.     I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M J Harris Flooring. Matt made it very simple for us to choose our carpets, giving me samples to take home to see how they would fit in each room. He visited the house to do the measurements himself. We had three rooms and a stair runner and landing carpet fitted, and they all look fantastic. James, our fitter, was excellent, and a real perfectionist. Communication was great throughout, even during the lockdown. I would definitely use them again.

    We are very pleased with Amtico flooring that Matt Harris supplied and installed last week. The project was delayed because of the Covid 19 lockdown but Matt scheduled it in promptly when regulations allowed.     Matt and the team supplied and fitted Zig Zag Nordic Beach Engineered Parquet wood floor to the entire ground floor of my house, the end result is stunning and Neil who fitted is a craftsman. M J Harris come highly recommended.

    I would wholeheartedly recommend M J Harris Flooring. Matt and his team of fitters were incredibly helpful in getting our entire ground floor wooden floor replaced within incredibly tight timescales and at very short notice. The job was not an uncomplicated one as we are a large Restaurant but their 'Can do' approach absolutely saved the day. Neil who is one of their fitters, even worked until very late on his Birthday to get the job done so that we could re-open on schedule.     A most excellent service from start to finish. We had Matt round to the house to measure up for the areas we wanted carpeted. He then came up with some different price ranges and emailed them over to us. A very pleasant and courteous exchange of messages was undertaken and we popped into the showroom and picked oot the carpets we wanted. A short time later an excellent carpet fitter, named Rich, came to the house and did the perfect job. Can't recommend MJ HARRIS enough. We'll definitely be using them again when we get the next bit of carpeting done. 👍👍👍👍👍

    Good quality gripper, underlay and of course the main event. The carpet. What can I say about the carpet? Top notch, beyond compare and certainly not the kind you find in your favourite Bingo Hall. May I also suggest that you take a look at the showroom. Many an hour can be whiled away whilst supping on a fresh beverage finely prepared by the most affable proprietor. This is the company that single-handedly put pay to Carpet-right. Allegedly.

    We have used MJ Harris on two occasions to have a floor and also carpets fitted. Both times the jobs were finished to a very high standard and on time. On both jobs the service we received was excellent and the fitters were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them and would certainly come back should we need work done in the future.

    We had kardean flooring fitted in our kitchen it look fantastic. We are so pleased! Harris Flooring were fantastic. Matt came to our house and offered advice and we visited the showroom where more advice was given. Everything was handled so efficiently. The fitter was very skilled. Thank you Matt and your team. We have now ordered bedroom carpet and will be using them whenever we need new flooring.
